Early Life in Latvia

Born in Ventspils, Latvia
Raised in a seaside town where nature and the rhythm of the sea inspired a love for simple and natural living.

2008 – New Chapter in the UK

Moved to the United Kingdom, started a new life and new opportunities.

2013 – Beginning of a Passion

After the birth of her daughter, Inese discovered the beauty industry.
What began as curiosity quickly grew into a professional career.

2013 – 2021, Beauty Industry Career

•Built and ran a successful beauty business for 8 years
•Worked with international lash artists and brands
•Became a teacher and educator
• Participated in international eyelash competitions
•Contributed to industry magazines and events
•Worked 7 years as an educator for two international lash brands

2013 – 2021, Beauty Industry Career

2021 – A Turning Point

Diagnosed with a neck bone deformation, which led her to explore deeper understanding of the body, mind, and holistic wellbeing.

2022 – Life Coaching & A New Home

•Earned a Life Coach Diploma
•Began deeper studies in psychology and holistic wellbeing
•Moved to the island region of Åland, a Nordic archipelago with more than 6,700 islands.

2023 – Yoga Journey

Started yoga teacher training with a school from India.

Today– SVONNE & wellbeing

She teaches weekly classes at Träningsverket Gym, welcoming people of different ages and abilities.
